As Ease grew up in Los Angeles as did his love for music, listening to the likes of Ice Cube, Mack 10, WC, and as far back as Red Head King pin, public enemy, whodini, and the sugar hill gang. From that point started writing songs in the late 80’s with the frustration of trying to get in the industry formed his label Knock’um Loose Ent. and is also part of a rap group called the THA KAMITE with his counter part TA'BOO "Now I got the attitude to where I got to make opportunities for myself," EASE says, spoiling his son and daughter requires a continuous cash flow. EASE is not one dimensional and admits that he buys everyone’s music from Big Pun, to Foxy Brown, to J.D. When asked about the basis for his music he talks about “all the street hustling, drug abuse, and prison terms that he had to go through.”. Even though ease has stepped out of the streets per say he says I stay with the same work ethic and says “he’s in it to win it, so just realize “I’m here do’ in my thang”. With his street banger KALIFORNIA and the smooth track for the lady’s WHUTITDO the rerock to Neyos’ DO YOU.
